Pay-Less Markets, Inc. is seeking to hire a Health Smart Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Supermarket Dietitian with administrative and operational tasks related to Health Smart and other Community Care program activities. This role involves scheduling and coordination of Health Smart and Community Care activities, and collaboration with various partners associated with Pay-Less Health Smart.
To be a successful Health Smart Coordinator, you will need to be able to navigate a diverse and evolving scope of work through effective communication, organization, flexibility, initiative, and critical thinking.

EduKitchen/Community:
Respond to general inquiries from potential customers and community partners
Schedule, coordinate, and participate in store and community outreach activities
Prepare and proofread Health Smart promotional materials, including recipes, event announcements, social media posts, retail signage, and partner correspondence
Manage inventory of Health Smart supplies and giveaways
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Education/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strict adherence to workplace confidentiality
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Competence in Microsoft Office applications: OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem-solve
Flexibility with transportation and schedule--available to work evenings and weekends at various locations
Valid Health Certificate
Recommended - ServSafe certificate, experience in nutrition/health
