Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follow Driver from PDC Warehouse to the assigned work site. Schedule to be distributed weekly.
• On scheduled site, cut the grass with the proper equipment, so a height agreed upon by Department Manager.
• Most days will require an early start time, around 4am.
• Using company equipment, blow or sweep the cut greenery and dispose accordingly.
• Ensure consumers, consumer vehicles, and consumer property is protected from any moving debris, rocks, or other possible damages.
• Trash to be disposed of at all sites after cleaning.
• Always ensure safe usage and storage of all company property.
• As needed, support Warehouse operations.
• Communicates effectively with all store employees and Payless Customers.
• Dress presentable at all times. If any items are needed to perform tasks efficiently, speak with Department Manager.
• Displays good customer services skills.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Able to read and speak in English.
• Must be able to uphold our company’s mission statement.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• 1-2 years of proven on-hand customer service experience
• Ability to Work under Limited Supervision
