Marketing Coordinator
Job Purpose:
PDC Wholesale is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Brand & Marketing Coordinator to manage all aspects of our brand and marketing efforts—from strategy to execution. This role is responsible for brand management, content creation, digital marketing, promotions, events, sales support, and vendor/sponsorship coordination.

Support the development and execution of annual marketing strategy and calendar

Manage marketing budget allocation and track performance

Conduct competitor and market research to inform decisions

Plan and produce compelling content across digital and print formats, including social media, email, web, and product materials

Design graphics, write copy, and capture/edit photos and videos

Oversee PDC Wholesale’s website content and updates

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and lead generation funnels

Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Collaborate with the Sales team to launch product promotions and support key sales initiatives

Create and maintain monthly price lists, product catalogs, and sales collateral

Plan, execute, and support marketing for company events, trade shows, and community outreach

Coordinate event logistics, signage, giveaways, and digital promotion

Manage incoming sponsorship requests and oversee brand visibility across third-party activations

Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

Manage branding for both PDC and exclusive brand partners

Education/Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience in marketing; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Working knowledge of marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand management, media planning, and consumer promotions

Excellent understanding of all major digital platforms and web analytics tools, including the ability to track ROI and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)

Strong awareness of social media platforms, emerging trends, and digital technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft on-brand messaging that aligns with company voice

Highly organized, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Canva and email marketing platforms is a plus

Experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and B2B sales support is a plus
