Guam Pay-Less Markets

Job Purpose:

The Customer Service representative will act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. Main responsibilities include order processing and invoice fulfillment and providing timely status updates. Other responsibilities include supporting inventory control, sales support, and performing other inventory-related tasks as needed.

• Serve as the primary processor of on-demand orders for the wholesale sales team.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from Pay-Less buying staff, wholesale sales representatives, and wholesale customers.

• Process and coordinate indent orders.

• Support the delivery team by ensuring all scheduled orders are prepped and ready to meet deadlines.

• Manage high-volume order processing: print picking slips and invoices for completed orders; communicate out-of-stocks and fulfillment issues as needed.

• Assist the sales team with field information such as inventory levels, pricing support, and dispatch status of existing orders.

• Assist with procurement and generate purchase orders.

• Communicate any unforeseen delays or problems to customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Display good customer service skills.

• Assist with general office administrative duties.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–3 years of proven customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in the English language

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong team player with a high level of dedication

• Ability to work under limited supervision
