We are looking for a dynamic Loyalty Program Coordinator!
The applicant that best fits this position will be responsible to help expand our Pay-Less Loyalty Program, Måolek Rewards. The Loyalty Program Coordinator will manage targeted promotions and foster strong relationships with vendors, tenants, and third-party partners. Additionally, the Coordinator will support the Loyalty Program Manager with various initiatives and special projects to enhance program performance.
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
Monthly promotions and sweepstakes based on the promotional calendar
Create personalized and targeted offers for members
Build and maintain a quality customer database to improve personalization
Assist with data analysis based on business needs
Vendors, Tenants, and Third-Party Partners: Expand the Måolek Rewards network by developing and managing partnerships with vendors, tenants, and third parties
Partner Discounts Program: Strengthen partnerships with third-party businesses by offering mutual discounts to Måolek Rewards members
Qualifications:
High School Diploma is required, associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is a plus
2+ years of work experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement, or related marketing roles.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing customer data and generating reports to drive personalized offers and promotions.
Digital Marketing: Experience managing digital campaigns, including promotions, sweepstakes, and partnerships.
Vendor/Partner Management: Experience working with vendors, tenants, or third-party partners to develop and manage collaborations.
CRM Systems: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and loyalty program management tools.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Detail-Oriented and Organized: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to develop creative solutions for customer engagement and partner collaboration.
