Covid-19 Food Drive
Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic on the island, the foundation saw a rising need for food in the community.
Pay-Less Supermarkets hosted the “COVID-19 Food Drive” at all store locations from April 24, 2020 through June 30, 2020.
Food donation boxes were provided at the front of the stores where customers were able to donate canned foods and/or non-perishable items.
The first round of food donations was delivered on Tuesday, May 12th and the second round on Thursday, May 28th.
"The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members." – Coretta Scott King
At Pay-Less, we are so grateful for a community that comes together to selflessly give to others. With the generosity of our customers, we were able to deliver our second round of donations to Archdiocese of Agana's "Ministry to the Homeless" and The Salvation Army Family Services.
Si Yu'os Ma'ase to our customers for your generous donations to the COVID-19 Food Drive.
Today, we were able to deliver the first set of donations to Archdiocese of Agana's "Ministry to the Homeless," formerly Kåmalen Karidåt, and The Salvation Army Family Services.
Let's continue to help these organizations who are assisting those further affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Guam Medical Association
Pay-Less Markets, a division of PMC Investments Inc., donates $12,000 to Guam Medical Association for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplies, which will be used by frontline healthcare workers to protect them from COVID-19. With the shortage of PPE on Guam, Pay-Less recognized the need and donated to help fill the supply gap. The company is committed to supporting the local community by providing customers with essential items in a clean and safe environment, as well as donating to organizations that are responding to this pandemic.
Part of the GMA donation was used to purchase reusable PPEs and hand sanitizers for GMH.
Since the onset of COVID-19, Pay-Less has been actively donating to many organizations that are on the frontlines.
Shampoos and soaps to GMH for their frontliners to use for disinfecting
Laundry Detergent for GFD
20 cases of Essential Everyday water to GPD officers for check stops
6,000 plastic bags for food for quarantined individuals
Pay-Less gift certificates for the homeless
