Enrollment
Who can join?
Måolek Rewards is open to legal residents of Guam who are at least 18 years of age.
How do I enroll?
There are 3 options to sign up:
- - Using the in-lane terminal and entering your phone number
- - Visiting our Customer Web Portal and entering your phone number
- - Using the in-store Customer Connection kiosk
*After sign-up, you can personalize your shopping experience by completing your profile information through our website or use our app.
Can my membership be revoked?
Yes, if fraudulent activity or account abuse occurs or if a customer is banned at any of our store locations, all points accumulated will be lost.
Digital Coupons
Where do I obtain digital coupons?
After sign up, customers will be able to clip coupons for use on the next transaction through our digital coupon's web portal.
How can I clip digital coupons?
Customers are able to clip digital coupons by browsing through our website and our app.
Can I use the same coupon for more than one transaction?
Customers will be able to utilize all coupons once per transaction. If you would like to use the same coupon, you would need to clip that same coupon after your transaction and run a different transaction
How many of the same coupons am I able to clip within a day?
Coupons may be clipped as many times as they are available.
Are we able to use coupons for orders online or through phone orders?
Yes
Why wasn't I able to use my coupons during my transaction?
Coupons must be clipped prior to the start of your transaction.
Am I still able to use coupons I find on products?
Yes, customers will be able to use manufacturer coupons. If the coupons are the same, the system will choose the hard-copy/paper coupon over the digital coupon.
What if the store doesn't have the products I want to use my coupons for?
Our coupons and point redemption offers are while supplies last.
Would I still accumulate points if I use the coupons?
No, customers will not earn points for any redemption transactions.
Are the coupons always the same? When do they change? How long would they be valid for?
Coupons will change often, but our Point Redemption offers will remain in the system for three (3) months at a time.
Points
How do I earn points in Maolek Rewards?
After your transaction has been fully processed, for every dollar spent, you will receive one point with the exclusion of certain products. Points cannot be earned from donations, third party vendors, gift certificates, select pharmaceutical items or Bingo purchases.
Can I earn points for purchases I made before joining the Måolek Rewards Program?
No, you must sign up to avail any points for our Måolek Rewards Program. Points will not be rewarded for any purchases made prior to initial sign up.
Where can I view my points?
Customers can view their accumulated points through the Pay-Less Mobile App, in-lane terminals, in-store customer kiosk, or through their online account on our Pay-Less website.
Where do I view the Point Redemption Catalog to decide how to redeem my points?
Our full catalogs are viewable through our kiosk stations in each location and our Pay-Less website.
Will my Måolek Rewards points expire?
Yes, unredeemed points will expire one (1) year from the date they were earned.
I'm missing points. What happened?
A few scenarios might have occurred:
- - Another customer has gained access to the account and has redeemed your points
- - Points have passed their annual accrual date and have expired
If my points were stolen, would I be reimbursed?
Unfortunately, no, points will not be reimbursed after they have been redeemed.
Where can I see my rewards history?
Customers can view their points, redemption and offers upon login at the in-store kiosk or Payless website. Points balance can also be viewed at check-out.
How would I be able to redeem my points?
After logging into the in-store terminal at the register, customers can select from the list of options available for point redemption.
If I decide to use my points for a different item after my transaction has been processed, would I be able to change my product?
Once your points have been redeemed, customers will be unable to make any exchanges.
How many rewards am I able to redeem?
Customers are able to redeem as many offers that are covered by their number of points.
Can I exchange my Måolek Rewards points for cash or a Pay-Less Gift Certificates?
No, points do not have any cash value and can't be exchanged for gift certificates.
Am I able to use my points for a fruit platter or sashimi platter?
Yes, certain redemption options may be used for these selections.
Am I able to use my points for Infusion?
Unfortunately, no, merchandise that is not processed through Pay-Less registers is not eligible for this program.
What happens to my points if I choose to relocate off-island?
Customers will have the option to transfer points to another customer who is also enrolled in our program.

After logging into your account through our website, you will be able to change your account information.
