Yes, if fraudulent activity or account abuse occurs or if a customer is banned at any of our store locations, all points accumulated will be lost.
After sign up, customers will be able to clip coupons for use on the next transaction through our digital coupon's web portal.
Customers are able to clip digital coupons by browsing through our website and our app.
Customers will be able to utilize all coupons once per transaction. If you would like to use the same coupon, you would need to clip that same coupon after your transaction and run a different transaction
Coupons may be clipped as many times as they are available.
Coupons must be clipped prior to the start of your transaction.
Yes, customers will be able to use manufacturer coupons. If the coupons are the same, the system will choose the hard-copy/paper coupon over the digital coupon.
Our coupons and point redemption offers are while supplies last.
No, customers will not earn points for any redemption transactions.
Coupons will change often, but our Point Redemption offers will remain in the system for three (3) months at a time.
After your transaction has been fully processed, for every dollar spent, you will receive one point with the exclusion of certain products. Points cannot be earned from donations, third party vendors, gift certificates, select pharmaceutical items or Bingo purchases.
No, you must sign up to avail any points for our Måolek Rewards Program. Points will not be rewarded for any purchases made prior to initial sign up.
Customers can view their accumulated points through the Pay-Less Mobile App, in-lane terminals, in-store customer kiosk, or through their online account on our Pay-Less website.
Our full catalogs are viewable through our kiosk stations in each location and our Pay-Less website.
Yes, unredeemed points will expire one (1) year from the date they were earned.
A few scenarios might have occurred:
- - Another customer has gained access to the account and has redeemed your points
- - Points have passed their annual accrual date and have expired
Unfortunately, no, points will not be reimbursed after they have been redeemed.
Customers can view their points, redemption and offers upon login at the in-store kiosk or Payless website. Points balance can also be viewed at check-out.
After logging into the in-store terminal at the register, customers can select from the list of options available for point redemption.
Once your points have been redeemed, customers will be unable to make any exchanges.
Customers are able to redeem as many offers that are covered by their number of points.
No, points do not have any cash value and can't be exchanged for gift certificates.
Yes, certain redemption options may be used for these selections.
Unfortunately, no, merchandise that is not processed through Pay-Less registers is not eligible for this program.
Customers will have the option to transfer points to another customer who is also enrolled in our program.
