Overnight pumpkin oats
Ingredients
- ¼ c greek yogurt
- ½ c almond milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 c pumpkin puree
- ½ c rolled oats
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg and ginger
- Toasted Peanuts
- Bananas
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl completely.
Add the oats and mix to coat. Add spices and mix again.
Set overnight. Top with toasted peanuts and bananas.
