Meal Prep Roasted Vegetables
Basic veggie recipe to meet your meal prep needs
Ingredients
- Olive oil, as needed
- 2 stalks Broccoli
- 3 Carrots
- 3 Yellow bell pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Black pepper
- Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Cut all vegetables as desired.
In a large bowl, mix vegetables, and coat evenly with olive oil.
Add seasoning to taste.
Bake in a greased pan for 25-30 minutes, or until fork tender.
