Hokkigai Clam Kelaguen
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Hokkigai clams, sliced
- 1/3 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Yellow onion, chopped
- 2 springs Green onions, diced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 5 Peppers, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with titiyas or hot rice.
