Mix the garlic, basil, parsley and Melt together and set aside.
Divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a long rectangle.
Add desired fillings, starting with cheese. Carefully roll one side to the other, fully enclosing the filling. Pinch the ends and sides closed with fingers or use a fork.
Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Brush with herb and garlic mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sticks start to brown. Let cool before serving and serve with marinara sauce.
