- 1/4 cup Fresh calamansi juice (for Popsicle Ingredients)
- Zest of one calamansi (for Popsicle Ingredients)
Simple Syrup Ingredients: Heat water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
Popsicle Ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze for 4 - 5 hours. Remove from freezer and run molds under water to more easily remove popsicles. Enjoy!
