- 3 cups breadfruit or sweet potato, sliced 1/8in. thin
- 3 tbsp + more coconut oil, melted
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Clean the breadfruit/sweet potato of any skin. (If using breadfruit, after cleaning, cut into 1 in. logs.) Carefully slice breadfruit/sweet potato about 1/8in thick.
Add the slices to bowl. Add oil and toss to coat. Line a sheet pan with foil. Make a single layer of chips. Sprinkle with seasoning onto both sides.
Place in oven and bake for 15 min. Flip the chips and finish baking for another 15 minutes or until done, up to 45 minutes. Once the edges are browned and chips hold its shape when picked up, they are done.
