Ingredients
- 16 oz. Cassava, grated
- 16 oz. Young Coconut, chopped
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 7 oz. Coconut milk
- Banana leaves (cut to approximately 5"x7")
Directions
In medium bowl, combine cassava, young coconut, sugar, and coconut milk. Mix well.
Place 3 tablespoons of the mixture lengthwise across the center of a banana leaf cutout. Fold in leaf edges over mixture.
Grill each side over medium high heat on a grill pan or barbeque grill for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Let cool and serve. Enjoy!
