Add oats, berries and nuts to a bowl. Toss and mix.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar, oil, almond butter and maple syrup. Heat until sugar is completely melted. Add the vanilla and turn heat off.
Pour sugar mixture over oat mixture. Mix to coat.
Pour mixture in a square pan lined with parchment paper. Press into pan evenly. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting.
