We are looking for a dynamic Loyalty Program Manager!
The applicant that best fits this position will manage and oversee Pay-Less’ Digital Coupons and Loyalty Program, Måolek Rewards. This role is vital in furthering our mission to deliver exceptional value, cultivate customer loyalty, and develop a deeper brand connection.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting overall program maintenance which includes monitoring of key analytics, overseeing all employee and customer inquiries, increasing customer sign-up and loyalty reach, and conducting employee trainings.
Coordinating efforts to ensure that the key components of the digital coupons, loyalty program, community donations, and reporting are running smoothly.
Implementing the next phases of growth to include online shopping integration, personalized promotions, department clubs, community donations, and partnership programs.
Developing and executing innovative strategies to bring program growth.
Qualified applicants must have:
Minimum of 2+ years in loyalty program management to include development, operations, and business planning
Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders on a diverse range of tasks in order to deliver results on time and within budget
Ability to convert raw data analytics into data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
Experience in cross-channel marketing campaigns to include digital marketing efforts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills, including attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with others
Strong computer literacy to include: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related subject area
