We are looking for an ideal candidate whose main job responsibility would be to oversee our digital marketing platforms to include: website, social media, YouTube, Google Ads, Email Marketing and In-Store Digital.
They will also work closely with the E-Commerce and Digital Coupons and Loyalty Program for marketing support.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Platforms:Create and manage a digital marketing strategy to include the following digital platforms:- Website: Oversee Pay-Less Markets and Pay-Less Community Foundation’s websites, create graphics based on campaigns, and coordinate changes with website developer.- Social Media:‣ Facebook and Instagram: Create a monthly social media plan based on marketing activities, craft social media posts, stories and FB Live segments, and coordinate weekly post production with our advertising agency.- YouTube and Google Ads: Create an allocated budget spend for YouTube and Google Ads, and oversee budget spending with advertising agency.- Email Marketing: Create an email marketing program, design templates based on the Måolek Rewards platform, and send to targeted customers.- In-Store Digital: Oversee the following in-store digital platforms and create graphics based on campaigns and Dinanche Deals ads:‣ Promo Kiosk‣ Customer Connection Kiosk‣ Department Screens- Pay-Less Radio: Oversee our in store digital radio programming to ensure it follows guidelines- Linkedin: Update information on Linkedin and ensure that positions are updated accordingly- E-Commerce: Work closely with the Online Shopping Manager to grow program
Digital Coupons & Loyalty Program: Måolek Rewards:- Assist the Loyalty Program Coordinator in promoting program on the digital platforms
Required Experience & Knowledge:
Working knowledge of marketing specifically digital marketing, media management, brand management and consumer promotions
Excellent understanding of all digital platforms and web analytics (ROI and KPIs)
Keen enthusiasm and understanding of social media, trends, and technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that align with our brand voice.
Strong organization skills, including attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with others both internal and external
Strong computer literacy to include: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Minimum of 2+ year of related work experience and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is a plus
