Essential Function:

Provides leadership and coordination of company financial close, reporting, and internal control functions. Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practice

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Manage annual financial close deliverables, including preparation, reconciliations, variance analysis, contract reviews, and financial reporting

• Audit compliance including but not limited to cash, accounts payables & receivables, fixed assets, debt, and inventory

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiencies

• Working knowledge of Sage 100 a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills

• Highly motivated and attention to details

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
